Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. In case of any query feel free to get in touch at info@ikonikbez.com within 24hrs of product delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
Customized orders, including stitched blouses, stitched petticoats, and pre-stitched sarees, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Partial Refunds:
In case of a valid dispute, 50% of the product amount will be refunded after deducting shipping charges (approximately $20).
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds take 5-7 days to process after order cancellation.
Defective Products:
In case you receive a defective product, please email us at info@ikonikbez.com within 24 hours you receiving the product. Make sure to attach clear pictures of the defect in the saree or any missing items from your order.
Refund Conditions:
Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
The product must not have stains, sweat, or body odor.
The product must not be torn, damaged, used, altered, or washed.
Note- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online. Returns are subject to approval.
Refund Timeframe:
Refunds are processed after the returned parcel is received and verified. This typically takes 1-3 days.
Alternative Refund:
Refunds can be issued as Credit notes or vouchers which can be used for your next purchase with ikonikbez.
Stitching Services:
If stitching services are chosen, provide measurements and instructions within 7 days of order placement. Otherwise, the outfit will be shipped unstitched, and no obligations will be accepted.
