Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe:
Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

Cancellation Process:
Submit a cancellation request with your order number by emailing info@ikonikbez.com, stating the reason and order number in the subject line. (T and C apply)*

Service Charge:
A 7.5% service charge will be deducted from the order amount for cancellations.
