Return-
Customers can return products within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Customized & personalized products are non-returnable. Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact. Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online. Returns are subject to approval.
Refund-
You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.
Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
Cancellation-
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we're happy to accommodate cancellations within one hour of placing your order. If you've had a change of heart or made a mistake, simply reach out to us within this timeframe, and we'll assist you with canceling your order hassle-free. After this one-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Custom Duty and Custom Clearance-
We ship all Ikonikbez orders internationally from our Indian warehouses to your provided address using UPS/FEDEX. Occasionally, additional import duties and taxes may apply, which you'll be responsible for. We've partnered with UPS/FEDEX to clear customs for you, ensuring seamless delivery to your doorstep. Payment for any customs duties is required upon arrival at the customs checkpoint before the shipment is released for delivery.
